NICHOLS is recruiting a Customer Service & Logistics Co-ordinator for the Out of Home route to market. You will ensure on-time, in-full delivery by managing orders, stock allocation, returns and related queries.
You'll act as the single point of contact for commercial, supply chain, operations and 3PL teams, identifying at-risk orders and coordinating recovery actions while maintaining clear communications and documentation.
