Location:
Castleford / Wakefield, West Yorkshire – WF10
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential service in the Castleford/Wakefield area. You will take overall responsibility for the effective management of the home, ensuring children receive outstanding care while supporting and developing the staff team.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Overall management of the children's home.
- Leadership and development of the residential team.
- Safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
- Maintaining regulatory and organisational standards.
- Monitoring care plans, records and outcomes.
- Working collaboratively with social workers and partner agencies.
- Managing staff performance and development.
- Promoting a positive culture within the home.
- Ensuring the service is continuously improving.
