Job Role: As a Production Operative (Wet Spray Painting), you will be responsible for preparing and painting a variety of metal components used within the construction sector. The Production Operative (Wet Spray Painting) role involves cleaning, prepping, and shot blasting materials prior to applying wet spray paint finishes. You will also operate a counterbalance forklift truck to move materials safely around site and support other departments where required.

This Production Operative (Wet Spray Painting) position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing environment handling items of varying sizes and specifications.

• Pay: £14 per hour (+ £30 Weekly Attendance Bonus)
• Hours of Work:
  Monday Thursday 7.45 4.30 & Fridays  (38 hours per week)
• Duration:
  Temp To Perm

• Previous experience as a Production Operative (Wet Spray Painting) or similar role involving wet spray painting
• Proven experience wet spray painting metal
• Proven experience in cleaning, preparing, and shot blasting metal components prior to painting
• Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment spraying various sizes and shapes of products
• Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (in-house or expired licences will be considered)

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Spray Painting or similar

• Weekly attendance bonus available
