Production Manager
IPS, part of the Culina Group, is the UK market leader in Contract Packing. As Shift Controller you will manage production lines and labour to meet planned volumes and targets, ensuring QA and safety standards are upheld.
Rotational shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am. You will support Line Leaders, promote best practice, and contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
