Responsibilities
- Sample Fitting & Approval:
Conducting fit sessions with Technical QA and/or buyers. - Creating, updating, and managing detailed technical documents (size specs, construction methods).
- Construction & Sourcing:
Advising on construction methods to ensure quality and budget compliance. - Supplier Liaison:
Communicating with factories regarding technical improvements, pattern changes, and quality issues.
- Technical Knowledge:
Understanding garment construction, pattern cutting, and grading. - Analytical
Skills:
Ability to analyse fit, QC reports, and supplier performance. - Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between design, buying, and manufacturers.
