National Account Executive

Home to well-known brands including Drink Me Chai, Horlicks, Bubbleology, Shmoo and Galaxy Hot Chocolate (Mars Brands), Aimia has been developing drinks loved by consumers across retail and food service for decades

This is a highly developmental commercial role, supporting a team of National Account Managers across the wholesale customer portfolio. You'll also take ownership of a smaller portfolio of regional accounts, giving you genuine exposure to account management and customer development.

• Supporting National Account Managers and the Head of the Professional and Food service division across the wholesale customer portfolio
• Managing a smaller portfolio of regional wholesale accounts and developing these commercially
• Supporting forecasting, spend tracking, promotional administration, new line forms, SKU changes, and reporting
• Managing customer communications, including regular reports, category updates, and buyer support packs
• Working closely with Commercial and Supply Chain teams on forecasting and scenario planning
• Attending trade exhibitions and developing confidence in representing the product portfolio to customers
• Gradually gaining exposure to customer meetings, store visits, account accompaniments, and product development
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
• Supporting the wider team when required and taking ownership of agreed tasks and projects

While the role is internally titled National Account Executive, it offers a strong developmental opportunity with broad commercial exposure. We would encourage candidates currently working as Internal Account Managers, Internal Sales Executives, Commercial Executives or National Account Executives who are looking to take the next step in their career to apply.

• Graduate or early-career candidate with a genuine interest in developing a career in sales or account management
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, commercial support, or a similar role is advantageous but not essential
• Confident, personable, articulate, and comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams
• Commercially curious, proactive, and keen to learn
• Strong Excel, Microsoft Office, numerical, and data skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
• Driven, resilient, positive, and determined
• Previous FMCG, food, drink, wholesale, or food service experience is beneficial but not essential
• Based in the North West and able to travel to the office and customers as required
• Hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in the office
