What you will do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of prospective adopters and deliver detailed reports for court proceedings. Support and guide families throughout the adoption process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Participate actively in team meetings and collaboration with multi-agency partners to provide holistic support to children and families. Provide post-adoption support to families, addressing any challenges they may face and helping them navigate any issues.
