Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced and passionate Children and Families Social Workers who are seeking their next locum opportunity. Our client in St Helens is looking for a skilled professional to join their Family Help and Protection Team, where your work will play a vital role in shaping the futures of vulnerable children and families.

You’ll join a supportive team of six social workers, led by an
Assistant Team Manage rand Team Manager
who are committed to reflective supervision and manageable caseloads. This role covers the full spectrum of statutory social work, including:

• Child Protection (CP)
• Care Proceedings through to Final Hearing
• Flexible hybrid working arrangements
• Weekly payroll and dedicated consultant support

• Qualified Social Worker with
  Social Work England registration
• Proven experience in statutory children’s services, especially within
  court proceedings
• Confident in managing complex cases and working within legal frameworks
• Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills
