• Deliver High standards of Service Delivery to Briggs customers.
• Follow transport plan as provided by the transport planning team. – Microlise / Ortec
• Requirement to work out of hours and overnight stays including working from other Briggs locations when required
• Adhering to all Transport legislation – current and future
• Daily defect reporting of vehicle defects using mobile compliance application – (Convey)
• Accurate record keeping and use of Tachograph.
• Responsible for obtaining signed POD / POC by means of Smart POD application and / or Transport documents.
• Responsible for Self - loading of vehicle by means of drive on / drive off of equipment.
• Responsible for securing of Load by means of Ratchet straps, Chains etc to ensure goods are transported safely.
• Responsible for checking equipment to be loaded aligns with Transport documentation / mobile work device, reporting any discrepancies to line Manager / Transport planner.
