FLT Counterbalance - Night Shift

Approx 12-week Temp to Permanent

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 18:00 - 04:00

Pay: £14.77 per hour

Weekly Pay: 45 paid hours (10‑hour shift with 1‑hour unpaid break)

The Role

We are recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for a well‑established logistics operation in Haydock. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced FLT position with the majority of the shift spent on the truck.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving palletised stock around the warehouse
• Supporting night‑time dispatch operations
• General warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in‑date)
• Previous experience in a similar FLT role
• Reliability, good work ethic and the ability to work independently
• Availability for an immediate start
• Long‑term opportunity – temp to perm after 12 weeks
• Stable Monday‑Friday night shift pattern
• Weekly pay
