HGV Class 2 Day Driver – Haydock

£16.20 per hour | Overtime £24.30 per hour | Weekend Rate £19.44 per hour

We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Day Drivers for a well-established operation based in Haydock.

This role involves multi-drop cage deliveries, offering regular day shifts and excellent earning potential through overtime and weekend work.

The Role

* HGV Class 2 (Category

C) driving

* Delivering goods using cages

* Multi-drop deliveries to customer locations

* Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork

* Providing excellent customer service at delivery points

* Maintaining compliance with all driving regulations and company procedures

Pay Rates

 * £16.20 per hour (first 9 hours worked per shift)

 * £24.30 per hour (all hours worked after 9 hours per shift)

 * £19.44 per hour for weekend shifts

Requirements

* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category

C) licence

* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

* Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations

* Previous cage work or multi-drop experience preferred

* Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
