Loading AM

Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Loader in a fast-paced, chilled warehouse environment. This temp role has the potential to become a permanent position after 12 weeks.

• Load operations: assist in the loading of food products to keep shelves stocked for stores around the UK.
• Environment: work in a chilled environment (3-5 degrees).
• Versatility: during downtime, support colleagues with picking or other warehouse tasks.
• Quality: maintain high standards of product quality.

• Experience:
  
  previous experience in loading and picking using material handling equipment (MHE).
• Technical skills: proven experience using LLOPs/Chariots.
• Cold tolerance: willing to work in a chilled environment for the duration of your shift.
• Physical fitness: ability to lift up to 20 kg.
• Flexibility: available to work 5 shifts a week, including weekends.
• Communication: good verbal and written English.

• AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• Full-time hours: 5 days out of 7, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

• Salary:
  Pre 12 weeks £12.73 per hour (incl premium);
  Post 12 weeks £14.23 per hour (incl premium).
• Overtime:
  Paid at 1.5x after 12 weeks.
• Productivity bonus: up to £100 per week.
