The Carbis Bay Estate is seeking an experienced Events Assistant to join our events team at Carbis Bay Hotel and Estate. You will help manage weddings, conferences, banquets, private dinners and parties across our venues, ensuring smooth planning and flawless delivery.
You will liaise with clients by phone and email, help manage budgets and deadlines, keep the function diary updated, and work with colleagues to drive sales. Full-time role with weekend availability and holidays.
