Reports To: Site Manager (or Project Manager in the absence of the Site Manager)

Anned Developments Ltd is seeking a disciplined and reliable Multi‑Skilled Tradesperson, preferably with a British Armed Forces background. The role involves carrying out a wide range of construction, refurbishment, maintenance and project works across commercial, industrial, public sector and defence‑related environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, adaptability, leadership potential and a commitment to safety and quality.

• Undertake multi‑trade construction and maintenance activities including carpentry, drylining, decorating, minor plumbing, flooring, and general building works.
• Support refurbishment, fit‑out and planned maintenance projects.
• Read and work from drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
• Assist with site set‑up, welfare arrangements and housekeeping.
• Complete inspections, records and digital reporting requirements.
• Support apprentices and junior operatives where required.
• Represent the company professionally when working on client premises.

• Level 1 City & Guilds Diploma in Construction Skills (Building Heroes course or equivalent)
• Previous experience in construction, maintenance or property refurbishment.
• Forces veteran or service leaver background desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

• CSCS Card.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a construction trade.
• First Aid at Work.
• PASMA, IPAF or similar access qualifications.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (where required).
