Location: Carbis Bay
Anned Developments Ltd is seeking a disciplined and reliable Multi-Skilled Tradesperson for various sites across Cornwall. This full-time position covers a range of construction, refurbishment, maintenance, and project works.
Ideal candidates will possess a Level 1 City & Guilds Diploma in Construction Skills and previous experience in construction or maintenance. The role demands strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely and independently.
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience and qualifications.
