Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 7-month refurbishment project involving the conversion of an ex-bank building into 10 residential apartments. The project is already underway, and the successful candidate will start as soon as possible. You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and working closely with the client to develop and maintain a detailed schedule of works.

The role requires strong leadership to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. You will also ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all site activities related to the refurbishment project
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule of works in collaboration with the client
