• Competitive basic salary up to £30,000, dependent on experience

• Deliver proactive and attentive customer service at all times
• Schedule vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance appointments
• Liaise effectively with customers to discuss work required and arrange courtesy vehicles if needed
• Take ownership of customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Prepare invoices and process payments securely
• Achieve dealership targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership procedures

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
• Confident communicator with a professional attitude
• Organised, computer literate, and able to use dealership management systems efficiently
• Customer‑focused with a proactive approach to work
• Able to work effectively within a team and contribute to achieving targets
• Willing to develop automotive knowledge and customer service skills
