At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks

What will you be doing? Were growing and excited to offer a full-time, permanent opportunity as a Service Management Specialist in our 24x7 Service Management Centre in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

Shift pattern: 4 days on/off, 4 nights on/off, 12-hour shifts (77). Youll support customers from issue receipt to resolution, allocate work, and assist engineers to ensure timely updates and SLA compliance.
