Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager - Estate Agency
SALARY: £30,000 DOE OTE up to £50,000pa
A great opportunity to join a well-established independent Estate Agency who are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager to join their successful team.

Job role for Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager
* Supporting the Branch Manager
* Conducting Market Appraisals and converting to Listings
* Negotiating offers and progressing the sales to completion
* Arranging and carrying out viewings
* Generating new business opportunities and building new relationships within the local community through marketing and networking
* Assisting with mentoring and development of team members
* Drive overall performance, branch profitability and market share
* Maintaining accurate records
Ideal Candidate for the Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager
* 2 years of Estate Agency experience
* Valuation/Listing experience
* Confident, professional and commercially driven
* Driven and self-motivated
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Full UK Driving Licence and own car
Salary:
Basic £30,000 pa depending on experience
OTE £40,000 - £50,000 uncapped commission
Hours:
Monday – Friday
Saturdays on a rota basis (One Saturday every two weeks)
