Cornwallis Care Services Ltd is seeking a creative, energetic, and organised Media, Marketing, PR & Recruitment Coordinator to support the growth of our organisation by promoting our care homes and services, strengthening our brand, enhancing community engagement, and attracting high-quality candidates to join our teams.
This varied and rewarding role combines marketing, public relations, communications, recruitment, and community engagement responsibilities. The successful candidate will help showcase the exceptional care delivered across our homes while supporting workforce recruitment and occupancy growth.
Key Responsibilities - Marketing, Media & Brand Promotion- Creating engaging content for our social media, website and other marketing channels
- Supporting marketing campaigns, recruitment advertising and employer branding
- Promoting our care homes, services, events and achievements
- Building positive relationships with local communities, schools, colleges, media and other organisations
- Supporting recruitment campaigns, candidate sourcing and initial screening
We're looking for someone who is creative, confident and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people.
- Degree, qualification, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience with in marketing, communications, recruitment, public relations, or a similar role.
- Strong experience using social media and digital marketing tools.
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel throughout Cornwall.
- Experience with in the health and social care sector.
- Knowledge of CQC standards and care sector regulations.
- Experience using CRM systems, recruitment software, and marketing analytics tools.
- Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Based at Carbis Bay Head Office, with regular travel required across Cornwall to CCSL care home sites.
- Regular visits to care homes and attendance at recruitment events, job fairs, community events, educational institutions, and networking opportunities across Cornwall.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to support recruitment events, campaigns, and other business activities where required.
- The role involves close collaboration with care home managers, senior leadership, HR, recruitment, and operational teams across CCSL.
- A full driving licence and access to reliable transport would be advantageous due to the travel requirements of the role.
