Warehouse Operative

ACR are supporting a successful and growing organisation to recruit a motivated Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering high standards and wants to be part of a supportive team. With training provided, this role offers the chance to develop valuable warehouse and logistics skills while playing an important part in ensuring customers receive excellent service.

Warehouse Operative’s

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check and process incoming deliveries, ensuring stock is accurate and in good condition

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for dispatch

• Load and unload deliveries safely, ensuring goods are handled correctly throughout the process

• Assist with stock checks, maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies

• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet trucks, picking trolleys, ladders etc.

• Complete relevant dispatch documentation and ensure orders are prepared to a high standard

Skills & Experience Required as a Warehouse Operative:

• Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately pick, pack and check orders

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse environment

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team

• Full UK driving licence required
