• Assist customers in picking up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in store.
• Perform side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Use digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, demonstrating coverage, plans, and device support.
• Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, processes, and knowledge of systems.
• Build relationships with employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless, run‑around‑free environment.

• Strong desire to learn and master customer advocacy skills.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices.
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full‑time (40 hours) or part‑time (20+ hours) availability.
