• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and to resolve guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization and locate merchandise for replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signage for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and comply with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Effective communication skills; able to operate handheld scanners and technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Comfort with climbing ladders; ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally; maintain mobility during shifts.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on position duties.
