• Up to $2,000 with 1 year of timeshare experience*
• $1,000 paid after training and another $1,000 paid after six months of employment.

• Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals.
• Ensure that all owners and guests meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals and always follow company policies and safety procedures.

• Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
• Background and drug screening may be required in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Physical ability to reach overhead, reach below knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
