Overview

Brand Ambassador/Appointment Setter for  in the Merrillville, Indiana markets and surrounding areas. The role involves interacting with event attendees, discussing products, and securing sales leads for the team. This position offers hourly pay plus volume bonuses based on quality appointments, with a flexible schedule and opportunities for extra hours. Salary range: $15 - $27+ through uncapped bonuses on top of hourly pay.

• Staff booth at shows and events; attract potential customers
• Set appointments for the sales department and generate leads
• Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees
• Professionally and accurately represent
• Maintain a professional appearance throughout events
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the booth
• Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth
• Explain basic product features and benefits
• Secure entry forms or book in-home sales appointments
• Collect daily leads and provide them to the Event Coordinator

• Strong communications skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to stay engaged and resilient

• Travel to booked shows/events (must have reliable transportation)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Available to work weekends
