In this position, you will assess and support individuals facing challenges related to mental health and addictions while advocating for those at risk of criminal justice involvement. Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure holistic care, safety, and security in various community settings. Your contributions will enhance the lives of the clients we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess individual needs related to disabilities and delays

• Provide crisis intervention and support services

• Liaise with team members to coordinate care

• Ensure client and staff safety during shifts

• Develop and enhance program support strategies

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in social services or similar

• 1-2 years experience in developmental support preferred

• Current First Aid & CPR certification

• G class driver’s license with a reliable vehicle

• Proficiency in a second language is a plus
