Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Sussex Premier Health is a private hospital owned by East Sussex Health Care who are looking for someone passionate about customer service to join their reception team. You will be the face of the hospital greeting our patients, consultants, contractors and anyone else who comes through our front doors.

You will need to be able to think on your feet and always stay calm with any challenge that may come your way.

To receive, admit and direct all patients and visitors and to operate communications equipment. To provide an efficient, courteous and friendly reception service to accommodate the needs of inpatients and outpatients, all visitors to the hospital, consultants and other members of staff.

• Good general education to GCSE level or equivalent level

• Previous experience of customer services dealing with the general public and in face to face role

• Demonstrates good customer services to include face to face office and telephone work
