Youth Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Hastings

Pay: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour

• Support pupils who may need help with behaviour, attendance, motivation, confidence, routines and emotional regulation.
• Work with pupils in class, during transitions, in small groups or through targeted support.
• Help pupils feel understood while also holding them to clear expectations.

• This role may appeal to people with experience in youth work, coaching, mentoring, residential care, sports, outreach work, SEND support, behaviour support or alternative provision.
