Basic Salary: Up to £46,790.02 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only

Your RoleWe are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher with a passion for working with vulnerable children. As our Deputy Headteacher, you will:
- Champion Safeguarding: Lead safeguarding practices, support vulnerable pupils and families, and ensure staff understand their responsibilities.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive behaviour and attendance initiatives using data to monitor trends and promote positive behaviour.
- Quality Teaching: Ensure high-quality teaching and learning, focusing on inclusion and differentiated instruction for SEND students.
- Assessment & Reporting: Monitor and report on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of pupils.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to whole-school organisation and strategy, enhancing our curriculum.
- Collaborative Approach: Work with staff, parents, and external professionals to secure the best outcomes for our pupils.
- Team Management: Support and manage staff teams, fostering a culture of cooperation and continuous improvement.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Experience in SEND is essential.
- Curriculum Delivery: Proven experience in delivering high-quality education tailored for young people with SEND.
- Leadership
Experience:
Previous senior or middle leadership experience in a compassionate, therapeutic environment. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent collaboration skills to work inclusively with staff, pupils, and families. - Proactive Attitude: Ability to establish and develop systems aligned with our school's values.
