Are you a Quality Inspector with experience using hand measuring tools, looking for a long-term career within a renowned machining company, where you can further your development with full internal training on CMM?

In this role you will be working in a small team to inspect a range of metal products using calipers, micrometres, and gauges, working to tight tolerances. Due to the small batch work, there is plenty of daily variety, plus the chance to learn a CMM and OGP measurement system.

This subcontract machining company have doubled their turnover in recent years making this an excellent time to get on board. They supply into the science, oil & gas, and aerospace industries, with a variety of new and repeat business across the UK.

This role would suit a Quality Inspector from a mechanical background looking to progress their career within a company that will look after them, offering full training on CMM.

The Role:

• Mechanical inspection of machined components
• Using calipers, gauges, micrometres, and shadow graphs
• Full training available on CMM and OGP machine
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, 40 hours a week, overtime paid at 1.5x
