Assembly Operative
Our client is a manufacturing company who specialise in Electronic manufacturing. They are currently looking for an Assembly Operative to join their busy and hardworking team in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar position, be able to read and follow technical drawings, have a good eye for detail and have excellent communication skills. As an Assembly Operative you will follow technical drawings to assemble small components and connectors.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:- Demonstrable experience within a similar position
- Be able to read and follow technical drawings
- Possess a good eye for detail and inspection
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a strong team player
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety
- Intricate assembly of small components and connectors
- Checking quality and quantity of work
- Following technical drawings correctly
- Maintaining a tidy workspace
- Assisting in other departments as and when required
- £12.80 per hour
- Monday – Thursday; 8am – 5pm
- Friday; 8am – 1pm
