Hours:

6:00am - 6:00pm Pay Rate: £16.77 per hour Guaranteed Pay: 40 hours per week (36 hours worked) The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Weekend Shift Operator to join a busy manufacturing operation in Bicester. This role is based on a production line within the main factory and is ideal for individuals who have experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, engineering, automotive or production environments.

Working as part of a fast-paced team, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet strict quality standards before being dispatched to customers.

Key Responsibilities Inspect coated components for finish quality, colour consistency, defects and surface integrity. Complete and maintain quality documentation, inspection records and non-conformance reports. Work closely with production teams to identify quality issues and support corrective actions. Ensure all products meet customer specifications, internal standards and industry requirements. Support final quality sign-off prior to packing and dispatch. Carry out routine line operating duties within the manufacturing process.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. Follow all Health & Safety, quality and ISO procedures at all times. Skills & Experience Previous experience within manufacturing, production, quality inspection, engineering or automotive environments. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and quality issues. Good understanding of quality processes and documentation. Ability to work independently whilst remaining an effective team player.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced factory environment. Reliable, methodical and committed to maintaining high standards. What's on Offer?
