• To support the Department Matrons/Deputy Leads in maintaining an efficient and effective service delivering safe patient care within an environment that promotes a responsive approach to changing healthcare needs.

We are looking for a dynamic Band 6 Senior Theatre Practitioner who would like to develop their leadership and management skills and practice. This post is within the Trauma & Orthopaedic Team though the successful applicant will be expected to work across all specialities when required. You will be a flexible and adaptable leader with high standards and attention to detail.

Our specialities are a combination of Trauma and Orthopaedics, ENT, Obstetrics, General surgery, Breast Surgery, Gynae. as a department.

• You must be committed to providing excellent standards of patient care with good communication skills.
