Working in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct, you will provide assessment, treatment, screening, health education and clinical advice to patients. You will work within practice protocols, policies and patient group directions, delivering care independently and alongside GPs, nursing colleagues and the wider healthcare team. This role is ideal for an experienced Practice Nurse with expertise in chronic disease management, cervical screening, wound care, health promotion and preventative healthcare.

As a Practice Nurse at IC24, you will be involved in not only treating patients but also in prevention, education, and management of long-term conditions to improve health outcomes. You'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality patient care. Your role includes providing assessment, treatment, screening, health education, and clinical advice in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct.

You'll manage long-term conditions, deliver specialist nursing interventions, manage clinical risk, and support quality services delivery. You will also lead and support colleagues, ensuring an exceptional level of care. This position requires a current NMC Nursing qualification and registration, with previous nursing experience ideally in a general practice setting, and expertise in chronic disease management, cervical screening, and wound care.
