Over the years, we've expanded our reach nationwide, with active projects from coast to coast. As a full-service Design-Build firm, we bring in-house expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Trades, allowing us to efficiently manage projects across the U.S. Our field operations team works on-site to ensure seamless execution.
We specialize in fast-track new commercial construction, with our main focus on Department of Defense (DoD) projects.
- Lead and supervise all mechanical piping activities.
- Coordinate assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of piping work in compliance with project requirements and timelines.
- Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications, maintaining alignment with RQ s Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Work closely with the Superintendent to support the coordination of multiple scopes of work across the project site.
- Manage mechanical installations for government and military projects, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing teamwork and professionalism across all crews and subcontractors.
- Four or more years of experience as a Piping Superintendent or Superintendent (government, military, or large commercial construction projects required).
- Four or more years of field or trade experience as a journey-worker level mechanical pipefitter (government, military, or large commercial construction projects preferred).
- Trade school apprenticeship program completion preferred.
- Experience with Mechanical & Hydronic pipe installation, deep underground work, chillers/boilers, project closeout, & material management are essential skills.
- Experience in the design-build industry is a plus.
- CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour Certifications, EM-385, and STS required (training can be provided).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook preferred).
- BIM software knowledge is preferred, with training available.
