Construction Project Superintendent

Kings Bay, GA | Full-Time | $155,000 – $165,000 DOE

A 30-year-old design-build construction firm specializing exclusively in federal military projects across the United States is seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent. This position is based at Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base in Georgia.

• Oversee all field operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Partner with the Project Manager on planning, sequencing, and overall project execution
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and trade personnel
• Coordinate work between employees and subcontractors
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain high quality standards throughout construction

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in construction management or engineering preferred
• 5+ years of superintendent experience on large-scale projects, including scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and safety management; medical facility project experience a plus
• 10+ years of field or trade experience preferred; government, military, or large commercial construction background strongly preferred; design-build experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Primavera P3/P6, Oracle, BIM, or Revit a plus (training available)
• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-Hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required (training available)
• LEED GA Credential a plus

• $155,000 – $165,000 annually, depending on experience
