Finance Manager
Spitzer Ford in St. Marys, PA is looking for passionate team members who want to deliver a high level of service to our customers while growing their career at a top regional employer. The Finance Manager is responsible for coordinating the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers and works with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers.

• Sells financing and insurance to customers.
• Responsible for the attainment and gross production of financial services' goals and objectives.
• Reviews customer credit applications and makes extended service contracts and other owner protection programs available to customers.
• Assesses profitability to dealership of financing arrangements.
• Utilizes the menu selling process.
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Ensures compliance with all laws and regulatory obligations relative to financial services and products; abides by all Red Flag and Safeguard and Transaction compliance rules and regulations.
• Oversees completion and submission of all financing documents and ensures adherence to F&I reporting requirements of company.
• Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.
• Attends weekly manager meetings.
• Works directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and to assist bridge disconnects in the sales process.
• Builds rapport with customers to establish a base of referrals and presents finance and product options to customers.
• Meets monthly objectives and works with service advisors to address customer inquiries regarding warranty and service contracts.
• Trains and provides the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• At least 2 years of dealership experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must be able to present a proper menu presentation.
• Provide desk support when needed and work with management team.
• Deal with local and national bankers and manufacturer representatives.
• Understand tag and title laws; DMV.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre‑employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
