As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure the reliability and compliance of RPA bots through testing, validation, and documentation. This role supports bot delivery by identifying issues and verifying functionality in government environments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans for UiPath-based bots, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate bot compatibility with Microsoft tools and government licensing models.
- Document defects, corrective actions, and quality metrics in secure formats.
- Perform incidental troubleshooting and sustainment to confirm bot performance.
- Ensure adherence to DoD standards for security, regulatory compliance, and small business utilization.
- Collaborate on process improvements and provide input for training materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 3+ years of QA experience in software or automation testing.
- Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., UiPath Test Manager, Selenium) and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of federal security requirements and defect tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- Preferred: ISTQB certification or experience with RPA‑specific testing.
