Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
POSITION SUMMARY:
High precision tooling and machining services company seeks a full‑time Office Assistant to assist in daily office activities. Successful candidate will be knowledgeable in general office duties. Candidate will demonstrate the company core values, People, Integrity, and Excellence, in all aspects of their assigned duties and responsibilities. Candidate will need to balance taking and covering time off with the office administrative team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform general office work: answer phones, assist in managing multiple shared inboxes, process mail.
- Greet customers, vendors, and employees.
- Assist in maintenance of ERP system:
- Enter new customers/vendors
- Set up new jobs
- Issue purchase orders for supplies and subcontracting
- Receive packing slips into system
- Scanning and merging files
- Process paperwork/shipment of completed jobs
- Assist with supporting documentation for daily AR/AP tasks.
- Employee will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
- Required:
High School diploma or equivalent. - Preferred:
Relevant office experience in a small business setting. - Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office;
JobBOSS experience a plus. - Must be able to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understands and practices confidentiality.
