- Performsitegradingandoverseecivilconstructionactivitiesforindustrial,solar,andwindenergyprojects,includingroadimprovementsandmaintenance,drainage systems,dewatering,soil stabilization,foundationexcavationandbackfill,utilities,andothernecessarysiteimprovements.
- Collaboratewithsubcontractorstoplanandexecutework,interpretprojectspecifications,andcoordinatemultiplephasesofconstructiontoensuretimelyprojectcompletion.
- Monitorworkinprogresstoensurecompliancewithprojectspecifications,quality standards,andconstructionschedulesthroughregularcommunicationwiththe
Project Manage rand General Superintendent . - Manageandleadafieldworkforceofapproximately5to25teammembers,includingequipmentoperatorsandlaborers.
- Support the Project Managerinmaterialprocurement ,scheduling,andprojectdocumentationtomaintainprojectefficiency.
- Enforcecompanysafetypoliciesandensureallpersonnelcomplywithestablishedsafetystandardsandprojectrequirements.
- Minimumof
10yearsofexperienceinheavycivilconstruction - Provenabilitytoleadteamseffectivelyinchallenginganddynamicenvironments
- Strong verbal,written,andinterpersonalcommunicationskills
- Demonstratedabilitytomanagemultipleoperationsandprioritiessimultaneously
- Commitmenttofosteringandmaintainingasafeworkenvironment
- Reliable,self-motivated,andproactivewithstrongfollow-through
- Strong problem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytoadapttochangingconditions
- Participateintravelasrequiredtosupportprojectneeds.
