- Executesitegradingforindustrial,solar,andwindenergyconstructionprojects,includingroadimprovementsandmaintenance,drainage systems,dewatering,soil stabilization,foundationexcavationandbackfill,utility installation,andotherrequiredcivilinfrastructurework.
- Collaboratewithsubcontractorstoplanandimplementworkprocedures,interpretprojectspecifications,andcoordinateconstructionphasestominimizedelaysandensuretimelyprojectcompletion.
- Monitorandinspectongoingworktoensurecompliancewithprojectspecifications,quality standards,andconstructionschedules,maintainingconsistentcommunicationwiththe
Project
Superintendent. - Manageafieldteamofapproximately5–10personnel,includingequipmentoperatorsandlaborers.
- Support the Project Superintendentinmaterialprocurement ,schedulemanagement,andprojectdocumentationtomaintainefficientprojectexecution.
- Enforcecompanysafetypoliciesandensureallpersonnelconsistentlyadheretoproject-specificsafetystandardsandregulatoryrequirements.
- Minimumof5yearsofexperienceinheavycivilconstruction
- Abilitytobeateamleaderunderchallengingconditions
- Strong oral,writtenandinterpersonalcommunicationskills
- Abilitytomanagemultipleoperations
- Demonstrateabilitytopromoteasafeworkenvironment
- Dependability:showinginitiativeandgoodfollowthrough
- Abilitytoproblemsolveandadjusttochangingcircumstances
