• • Estimatingandprojectmanagementoftheheavycivilscopesforrenewableenergyprojects(solar,wind,batterystoragefacilities,etc.).
  • Navigatesandunderstandscostaccountingforongoingprojectsincludingdaily/weeklycostverifications,review/confirmationofdailylogs,change orders,monthlyprojectcostprojections,approvingprojectinvoicing,etc.
  • Performallnecessaryprojectcommunicationswithclients,field staff,officesupportstaffandmanagement.
  • Maintainnecessaryestimatingandprojectfiles.
  • Assistwithmentoringjuniorestimator/projectmanagersandseasonalinterns.
  • Trainingandassistingwithcoordinationofinternsperformingtakeoffsandothermiscellaneoussupporttasks.
  • Preparing take-offsforcivilconstructionprojects.
  • Manageandmonitorprojectbillingsandcollections,attendingprojectmeetings,representing

• • 5+yearsofcivilorconstruction-relatedexperiencerequired;collegedegreepreferredbutnotrequired
  • Strong verbal,written,andinterpersonalcommunicationskills

Starting Salary Range :$80,000-$130,000
