In this hands‑on role, you’ll help kids develop meaningful skills – communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction.

• Consistent Schedule – Full Time, Monday–Friday. No evenings, weekends, or holidays.

• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree in a related mental health field (e.g., psychology, special education, social work).
• Associate’s degree obtained in a related field + 2,000 hours of supervised experience (e.g., DSP, PCA, paraprofessional).
• High school diploma (or GED) + 4,000 hours of supervised experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities.
• Fluent in a non‑English language or certified by a tribal nation.
