Legacy of St. Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Cook/Chef, or caregiver to join our growing team!

Legacy of St. Michael Senior Living is conveniently located in St. Michael, MN. It is a stunning facility that offers 95 total units between assisted living, independent living, and memory care.

This community and its residents are amazing. Residents enjoy activities, hanging out in common areas, and are highly competitive!

Shifts: Part-Time (6:30am-2:30pm) with every other weekend rotation.
Wage: $17.50-$22.50

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications, facility procedures, and dietary and sanitary regulations.

Duties include:

• Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.
• Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and floors, dishes, and utensils.
• Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and preference and accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.
• Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained and followed in accordance with established procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
