Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Partnerwithleadershipandhiringmanagerstoidentifyworkforceneeds,defineroles,andevaluatetalent.
  • Identifyingpotentialcandidatesthroughjobboards,social media,professionalnetworkingplatforms,company websites,college/tradeschooljobfairs,industry/networkingeventsandothersources.
  • Reviewingresumes,coverletters,andotherapplicationmaterialstoidentifyqualifiedcandidateswhomeetthejobrequirementsforunionandcorporateemployees.
  • Performinginitialphonescreenings,in-person interviews,andpotentiallymorein-depthassessmentstoevaluatecandidates'skills,experience,andfit.
  • Coordinatinginterviews,communicatingwithcandidatesthroughouttheprocess,andfacilitatingjoboffersandemploymentnegotiations.
  • Assistingnewemployeeswiththeonboardingprocesstoensureasmoothtransition.
  • Cultivatingstrongrelationshipswithcandidatestocreateapositiveexperienceandpotentiallybuildanetworkforfutureopportunities.
  • Promotingcompanycultureandcorevaluestoprospectivehires.
  • Keepinguptodatewithindustrytrends,futurecandidatemoveswithinindustry,best practices,andrelevantlegalregulations.
  • Coordinationandeffectivecommunicationbetween Human Resources ,Finance,Payrollandotherdepartmentstoensureproperflowandmaintenanceofexisting&futureemployeedata.
  • Maintainemployeeconfidencebykeepinginformationconfidential.
  • Assisting Business Development and Marketingwitheventcoordination .

Position Qualification Preferences :

  • Bachelorsdegreeinhumanresources,business administration,orrelatedfield.
  • Minimum5yearsofrelatedpriorexperiencewithfocusontalentacquisitionand/orindustryrelatedexperience.
  • Strongunderstandingofrecruitmentandtalentmanagementbestpractices.
  • Abilitytobuildrelationshipswithemployeesandmanagers.
  • Excellent communication,interpersonalandanalyticalskills.
  • Abilitytoprioritizetasks;deadlineoriented;thriveinafast-paced environment.
  • Minortravelasrequired.
