Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Partnerwithleadershipandhiringmanagerstoidentifyworkforceneeds,defineroles,andevaluatetalent.
- Identifyingpotentialcandidatesthroughjobboards,social media,professionalnetworkingplatforms,company websites,college/tradeschooljobfairs,industry/networkingeventsandothersources.
- Reviewingresumes,coverletters,andotherapplicationmaterialstoidentifyqualifiedcandidateswhomeetthejobrequirementsforunionandcorporateemployees.
- Performinginitialphonescreenings,in-person interviews,andpotentiallymorein-depthassessmentstoevaluatecandidates'skills,experience,andfit.
- Coordinatinginterviews,communicatingwithcandidatesthroughouttheprocess,andfacilitatingjoboffersandemploymentnegotiations.
- Assistingnewemployeeswiththeonboardingprocesstoensureasmoothtransition.
- Cultivatingstrongrelationshipswithcandidatestocreateapositiveexperienceandpotentiallybuildanetworkforfutureopportunities.
- Promotingcompanycultureandcorevaluestoprospectivehires.
- Keepinguptodatewithindustrytrends,futurecandidatemoveswithinindustry,best practices,andrelevantlegalregulations.
- Coordinationandeffectivecommunicationbetween Human Resources ,Finance,Payrollandotherdepartmentstoensureproperflowandmaintenanceofexisting&futureemployeedata.
- Maintainemployeeconfidencebykeepinginformationconfidential.
- Assisting Business Development and Marketingwitheventcoordination .
Position Qualification Preferences :
- Bachelorsdegreeinhumanresources,business administration,orrelatedfield.
- Minimum5yearsofrelatedpriorexperiencewithfocusontalentacquisitionand/orindustryrelatedexperience.
- Strongunderstandingofrecruitmentandtalentmanagementbestpractices.
- Abilitytobuildrelationshipswithemployeesandmanagers.
- Excellent communication,interpersonalandanalyticalskills.
- Abilitytoprioritizetasks;deadlineoriented;thriveinafast-paced environment.
- Minortravelasrequired.
