• Monday - Friday (Starting at 4pm - 12:30am)

• Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts and reassemble machines.
• Perform preventative scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment and building equipment.
• Follow all procedures such as lock out tag out and HACCP.
• Operate, install, maintain, and/or repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing throughout the facilities.
• Ensure proper completion of work orders.
• Perform all duties with required safety equipment and comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Completes work orders and data entry tasks daily.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong electrical aptitude.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, lift and bend for up to 10 hours (with breaks) in cold and damp environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Electro/mechanical trouble shooting.
• Read and understand blueprints, layouts, and schematics of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use measuring and testing equipment (caliper, volt ohm meter, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team based environment.
• Computer skills, keyboarding Microsoft word/excel.
