Sanitation Worker – 2nd Shift

St. Michael, MN – full‑time at the St. Michael facility.

• Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm (2nd Shift)

• Starting hourly rate: $18.00 per hour
• Additional $2.00 shift differential for 2nd Shift work
• Pay based on job‑related experience

• Wash and sanitize production equipment, including tumblers, bins, etc.
• Visually inspect and segregate damaged equipment; report to supervisor.
• Clean and organize dry storage, cooler areas, and other assigned areas as needed.
• Proactively inspect work performed for effectiveness.
• Ensure Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
• Restock production‑related PPE and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP requirements.
• Other duties assigned by Production Leadership.

• Independent worker – motivated self‑starter able to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Teamwork – collaboration with production associates and leadership team.

• Activities include walking, lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, twisting, and turning.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Must stand for the entirety of the shift (minus breaks) and continuously move on and off the pallet jack.
• Temperature range: 30 °F to 50 °F constantly.
• Safety awareness – follow all safety laws, policies, and procedures; report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Quality awareness – comply with GMP, SSOP, and SQF requirements.
