- Oversee programming and events for 6th‑12th‑grade students to deepen their relationship with God and build meaningful connections.
- Equip leaders, support parents, and foster a collaborative, engaging atmosphere.
- Develop youth leaders, cast effective vision, and implement systems for consistent growth at Westbridge Church.
- Engage in outreach efforts to share God's grace within and beyond the church walls.
- Passionate and self‑motivated leader with a heart for youth ministry.
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational proficiency, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with organizational processes, tech tools like Pro Presenter and Planning Center, and social media platforms is a plus.
