POSITION TITLE:
Fine Dining Cook
DEPARTMENT:

SALARY: 15.00 POSTING DATES:

The cook works directly under the direct supervision of the Sous Chef. He/she provides quality food with minimal waste. Cooks food to order in a timely manner, showing excellent presentation and palatability.
Duties And Responsibilities- Able to prepare food Ala-Carte to order.
- Maintains a clean kitchen.
- Utilizes food with minimal waste.
- Ability to follow recipes ensuring consistency.
- Able to make soups, stocks and sauces from scratch.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Provides support to the other cooks under supervision of the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Executive Hostess.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Two to Three years prior cooking experience in Ala-Carte restaurant with high volume.
Full-time, permanent, hourly. Full Benefit package, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Personal Time Off, and 401K. Native American preference applies.
