Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator

Extensive travel throughout North Dakota & South Dakota during summer season approx April-Nov

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as loader, roller, paver, and screed.
• Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written).
• Self‑motivated, team‑player with good interpersonal skills; maintain positive customer relations and act courteous and respectful of others.
• Troubleshoot and problem‑solve situations (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.).
• Monitor and discuss production problems with co‑workers and managers/supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DNR safety and environmental regulations.
• Extensive summer travel through the Dakotas.

Excellent wages: $31.60–$34.40/hr plus $21.90/hr fringe. $350 WEEKLY per diem (covers housing) and full benefit package

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training in construction field is helpful.
• Must pass urine drug test.
